About Me

Hi, I’m Andrea, a qualified person-centred counsellor based in Radcliffe, Greater Manchester. I offer face-to-face counselling locally, as well as online and telephone sessions across the UK.

Clients often describe me as warm, grounded and easy to talk to. My aim is to offer a calm, steady relationship where you do not have to put on a brave face, explain everything perfectly, or pretend to be coping when you are not.

As a person-centred counsellor, I believe you are the expert in your own experience. My role is not to direct or fix you, but to walk alongside you with empathy, honesty and acceptance as you make sense of what you are carrying.

I have a particular interest in supporting women’s emotional wellbeing, including the impact of perimenopause and menopause, as well as the experience of late-diagnosed neurodiversity and what it can mean for identity, self-understanding and everyday life.

Who I Can Support

 Feeling emotionally exhausted or overwhelmed
 Feeling disconnected from yourself or unsure who you are anymore
 Living in survival mode and needing space to breathe
 Living with anxiety, self-doubt or emotional overwhelm
 Losing yourself in people-pleasing, masking or over-functioning
 Navigating change, identity shifts or life transitions
 Wanting to reconnect with your voice, needs and sense of self

Outside the slightly blurred window, an abstract view of trees and sky suggests a peaceful natural environment. Soft, overcast daylight diffuses through the glass, highlighting the fern’s intricate leaves and the subtle grain of the wood. In the foreground, an open, blank notebook with a smooth cream page lies beside a simple pen and a single polished pebble. Photographic realism, with a shallow depth of field and rule-of-thirds composition, conveying growth, self-understanding, and gentle contemplation.

Areas of Interest

I have a particular interest in women’s health, especially the emotional and psychological impact of perimenopause and menopause.

I am also interested in supporting people navigating the experience of late-diagnosed neurodiversity, including the questions, grief, relief and self-discovery that can come with understanding yourself in a new way.

A Safe Space To Reconnect With Yourself

Together, we can gently explore your experiences, feelings, patterns and relationships, helping you understand yourself more deeply and reconnect with the parts of you that may have become hidden beneath coping, responsibility or change.
Based in Radcliffe, I offer person-centred counselling in person, online and by telephone
across the UK, with a free informal, no-obligation initial consultation.

Many people find remote counselling feels calmer, more accessible and easier to fit around everyday life. Whether you prefer face-to-face connection through video sessions or feel more comfortable talking by telephone, both options provide a safe and supportive space to explore whatever feels important to you.
