My Counselling Approach

My practice is rooted in the person‐centred approach, which means:

  • You are the expert on your own life.
  • You set the pace.
  • Your voice, feelings, and experiences guide our work.

I offer empathy, acceptance, and authenticity — the core conditions that help meaningful change unfold.

Nature plays a quiet but key role in how I think about emotional growth. Just as plants need time, nourishment, and the right conditions to flourish, we also need patience, compassion, and understanding as we navigate our own seasons. You may notice gentle nature‐inspired themes throughout this document — these reflect the calm, grounded atmosphere I aim to bring into the counselling space
